Forever wearing bell bottoms with boots because look at them legggssssss for daysssssssss.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking at YouTube HQ for their Women’s Summit, then got to slide down the YT slide which was fun and all until I realized I totally killed my perfect white boots R I P .
In the lobby, YT had one of my original yoga mats displayed in a glass box. Seeing that mat made me time travel back and realize how much of an evolution Blogilates has been through. From posting my first Pilates video back in 2009, to now 14 years later, running POPFLEX as CEO and Head Designer – thank you for still being here with me on this wild journey.

Guys, I hate doing my own hair because I’m so bad at it. Like, really, really bad. But then a few days ago my good friend Guy Tang showed me this hot brush thing that he swears by. I was skeptical that I wouldn’t be able to handle such a device but oh. em. gee. Guys. When I tell you I’ve never felt more confident and beautiful after doing my own hair. This is the first time in my life. EVER!!! Highly recommend. And it’s a fraction of the price of the Dyson (which I own too) but find a bit too complicated for my skill level.
