Kick off the Fall Season With This Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte

0

It’s that time of the year again! Fall has officially begun, and so have all things pumpkin-spiced. Coffee and pumpkin go hand-in-hand, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte is a favorite among coffee lovers and shops alike.

But here’s the kicker: getting one from your local barista is likely packed with high fructose corn syrup, calories, caramel coloring, and artificial flavors. (Yikes!)

This healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe is way better than the coffee shop variety, is simple, and costs very little to make!

Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients

Here are the ingredients to gather before you start making some pumpkin-spiced goodness:

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons agave syrup (in the baking aisle!)

2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 shots espresso or 1 cup coffee
